My name is Vanessa and I am a portrait photographer based in Lower High Street, Wednesbury (near Birmingham). I specialise in a variety of photography genres, including Boudoir, Maternity, Family, Newborns, Milestones/Cake Smash, Equine and Headshots. I am not just a photographer, but also someone who takes care of all your needs, from designing your perfect photoshoot to installing your wall art for you

To schedule your photoshoot session, you will need to pay a retainer booking fee of £690. This will be deducted from the collection prices should you wish to go for a collection.

Your photoshoot can be planned in the comfort of your own home, virtually, or in my studio. You don’t have to worry about choosing your outfits alone. We will plan them together.

Use of props and Wardrobe
I have a collection of items for newborns, 12-month-olds, and maternity shoots including gowns. For cake smash photoshoots, I can provide themed items to choose from.

Professional makeup

Even for newborn & milestone sessions, I want you to feel your best. Eyelashes are included.
Cake for birthday shoots
To alleviate your stress, I will provide this for you.
Include your family
You can bring your spouse and up to five family members and friends with you at no additional cost. If you would like to have individual shots taken, I am happy to accommodate that request. However, there will be an additional charge of £65 per person for makeup.
Professional retouching on all final images
My job is to ensure that all the details are taken care of and to give your images a high-quality finish that will look stunning when enlarged to any size.
Snacks, Champagne and soft drinks
Snacks and soft drinks are provided for every session, while champagne will be offered only during adult-only shoots.
Same-day in-person reveal after a meal
I can offer you some sandwiches, fruit and some cake in my studio with your preferred movie or show, allowing you to relax while I prepare your photos for viewing. This way, you can enjoy your time without any worries.
A mockup of your wall art in your home
If you choose to have your initial consultation in your home, I will ask if I can take some photos of your walls. This way, I can create a mock-up to show how your favourite photos will look on the walls of your home. Please don’t worry if I don’t have pictures of your walls, I will use some model homes just so you know what sizes and patterns to consider.
Your wall art installation
Whether you’d like a full gallery or just one metal print, I’ll have them hung up for you, eliminating any additional stress. I want you to have a worry-free experience.

a month agoVanessa is a wizard with the camera and with the kids. She was wonderful with our baby and took pictures in settings we could not even imagine. Our baby was calm throughout all thanks to vanessa .She has a beautiful studio and the pictures were outstanding. We had a great experience and highly recommend her.

2 months agoThis is my second time visiting Vanessa, my session was for a maternity shoot featuring a lovely oat milk bath, my second go around was a 1st birthday Cake smash shoot. Where do you start with this lady?! The warmth in her welcome into her studio or her professionalism which is second to none, the patience she shows with you and your family is astounding. She shows more patience with my own children than I can even muster! The studio is always set up beautifully, she is ready with tools to aid in every obstacle from trying to keep baby focused on her to get the best shot, to beautiful outfits, props and refreshments! She provides clear directions to make sure you are served well in your positioning to get the best shot. And the finale getting to view the absolute masterpiece she has made you into! Customer service is beautiful with a personal touch. You feel like a million bucks after a session with Vanessa! I can definitely say it’s money well spent, Vee thank you so very very much and if you will have us we will certainly be back ❤️

a month agoI recently had a newborn photoshoot with Vanessa and cannot recommend her enough. Firstly she fit me in very last minute, which I really appreciated. Her responses to my queries were very quick and clear and I was able to get booked in without any problems. The photoshoot was really good, she was very patient and attentive and very gently with my daughter. The fact that my daughter has reflux and would not settle at some point within the photo shoot did not bother her all at all and really worked around baby which put me at ease. She really managed to caption some very beautiful photos and all the props use were perfect for a newborn photoshoot. They really meet me and dad’s expectations and more. We were more than happy with final photos and will defo be returning to her for any future photoshoots. Xx

4 months agoVanessa is absolutely amazing and incredibly talented! She did such an amazing job at capturing my partner and l for our maternity shoot. She went above and beyond! I was extremely camera shy, but that did not show in our final images at all! I looked confident and I was glowing. I had a blast and all the extra outfit changes she provided were beautiful and I truly loved every moment of my session. The best part was that it was uninterrupted and it was only my partner and l for the entire duration. I am so thankful that I booked you.
